Amber Gardens is a gorgeous four bedroom guesthouse on the periphery of Byron Bay. Fabulous, well-kept rooms, pool area and hot tub and you'll be thoroughly well looked after by the lovely Andy and Stuart. AAA 4.5 star rated - and quite deservedly so.

 Byron Beach Café
This must be the café-cum-restaurant with the best views in Byron Bay. Although you'll find plenty of bar snacks and a decent lunch menu - the place doesn't close at dusk... dinner on the deck is served right up to 11pm.
